When I flew to Boca Raton to interview Lynn Hambro for Spirit Lives! I never thought that I would meet the manager in the hotel where I was staying and she, too, would have a story to tell me.

Spirit Lives! Book Signing at Hoboken Library
Dr. John Muciaccia returns to the The Hoboken Public Library on June 5 to discuss and sign copies of his new book Spirit Lives!
Spirit Lives! tells the fascinating stories of professional psychics and mediums as well as every day people who have had experiences with Spirit. Their amazing anecdotes show there is life after death, that life is eternal.
He will share excerpts from the book, including his own experiences. Following the book talk, he will be on hand to sign copies. The book is available as an e-book and in paperback on Amazon.

Dr. John Muciaccia Will Discuss Book Spirit Lives! at Secaucus Library
Author Dr. John Muciaccia will discuss his upcoming book Spirit Lives! from 7 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, November 21 at the Secaucus Library.
People can register online for this free event at the library or by calling 201-330-2084.
As part of this event, Michael Jackson impersonator Marlon Rodriguez and Roger Ansanelli, a sound healer, will entertain the audience. Muciaccia also will welcome teenage pianist, John Patrick Brennan, who is expected to play Mozart’s Turkish March.
Spirit Lives! relates the experiences of 25 “ordinary” people and professional psychics, mediums and clairvoyants who have had extraordinary connections with Spirit. His book includes chapters on known experts such as Brazilian healer, John of God, and medium Roland Comtois to everyday people. Muciaccia has had his own encounters with Spirit as well, inspiring him to write the book.
Dr. John Muciaccia Discusses Spirit Lives! with Sam Liebowitz
Dr. John Muciaccia discussed his upcoming book Spirit Lives! when he was a guest on the Conscious Consultant Hour with Sam Liebowitz. He shared some anecdotes from the book as well as some of his personal beliefs and the inspiration behind the book.

“How does a high school English teacher end up writing a book about mediums and psychics and spirit?’ asked Liebowitz.
“I’ve always had a lifelong interest in spirit,” answered Dr. John, as he is known to friends. “I was an 8-year-old boy – an 8-year-old adorable little boy. I just understood my grandfather had a ‘knowingness.’ I didn’t know the word psychic then.”
Liebowitz asked how Dr. John chose people to interview for Spirit Lives! and he said many of them came to him. “Spirit works in very wonderful ways,” said Dr. John. “I really think this book was written through me.”
The first person he interviewed for Spirit Lives! was Brazilian healer, John of God, who was coming to Rhinebeck, NY. His experiences during that visit are included in a chapter of the book.
Liebowitz asked if there was anything that came as a surprise when he was writing the book.
“My intuition had always told me that we’re all psychic,” he answered. “This book convinced me of that.”
“This book also convinced me there’s really no reason for us to grieve our loved ones when they physically pass,” he said.
His personal experience during an interview with medium Roland Comtois solidified his belief in “life after life.” At the end of the interview Dr. John recalled that Comtois’ voice changed and he started to describe the last few minutes of his father’s life.
“That was an interview and a connection with my own dad,” said Dr. John.
Sam asked if there were particular stories that people tended to respond to more and Dr. John related his experiences with psychic Frank St. James, who has helped numerous police departments find missing bodies. St. James, who never charged for his services, had his work corroborated by the Englewood Cliffs Police Chief and others in the department.
Dr. John’s book also includes several experiences of so-called ordinary people such as a woman who was in her backyard and because she was going through an emotional time she began praying to her mother. It was a calm day and yet the clothes pins started to pop off the line, he said.
“I believe people are psychic,” Dr. John said. “Many people have it, they just have to open themselves to it.”
When asked what the spiritual message of the book is, Dr. John answered, “I believe we are all one. We are a reflection of one another.”

Dr. John Muciaccia Interviewed on Dial In Channel Up
Dr. John Muciaccia had a wonderful interview about his book Spirit Lives! with Lisa Salaz on the Dial In Channel Up Show.
“I know he will be a dear friend each day forward,” said Salaz as she introduced Dr. John.
When she asked him about Spirit Lives! and the origin of that title, he replied, “We’re talking about such a dynamic entity it needs an exclamation point.”
“I want to give the reader knowledge and hope,” he continued. “knowledge that there is this vast, vivid, very alive part of the universe called spirit and hope in the sense that we’ve all lost someone that we miss terribly – hope that this person is still alive in a different consciousness, the consciousness we call it now is spirit or soul.”
Dr. John also shared one of his earliest memories of the affect of spirit on his life. Before his family moved into his house in Hoboken, his maternal grandfather, Giuseppe Galioto, was asked to come and look at the house.
“He said, ‘This is a good house,'” Dr. John recalled. “He didn’t check the plumbing or the architecture. He sensed the energy in the house … I was fascinated by this as a young boy that some people had a “knowingness.”
He shared another experience with spirit when he planned a trip to Ellis Island on Labor Day in 2006. He had an issue with his credit card when he tried to book the trip and then later decided to go instead on September 19. He used the same credit card and the transaction went through without a problem. Dr. John searched for his father’s name to see his immigration record. He discovered that his father had immigrated on September 19, 1907.
“How did that happen?” Dr. John asked. “Spirit intervention.”

Today, Dr. John Muciaccia will be a guest on The Conscious Consultant Hour with Sam Liebowitz. The show will run from 11 am to noon and people can listen live.
Dr. John will discuss his soon-to-be-published Spirit Lives! which contains interviews with approximately 20 professional mediums and psychics and 20 “ordinary” people who have had extraordinary experiences with or through Spirit. His book includes the experiences of Brazilian healer, John of God, Frank St. James, a gifted man who works with police departments to find missing people; and Roland Comtois, a well-known medium in New England.

He will share information about his compelling book with the Englewood Rotary Club on August 13. NY1 Television will be covering the event.
New York city residents or visitors can catch Dr. John at the Spiritualist Church of New York City, located at 114 E. 35th. Street. The free talk, which will include an interactive Q & A session, begins 6 pm on September 8.

Dr. John Muciaccia’s Book Talk Draws a Crowd
Last week’s “Book Talk” on Spirit Lives! at the Hoboken Public Library was a wonderful success for all concerned. About 20 minutes before the event was set to begin, the AC went out at the library. So, taking this as an opportunity, Dr. John Muciaccia moved the venue across the street to Church Square Park.
There were 100 people in attendance and the event was held under a gazebo
in this historic park where many scenes from “On The Waterfront” were shot.
At his “Book Talk” a Michael Jackson impersonator named Marlon Rodriguez performed for the crowd. Also, Roger Ansanelli, a sound healer used his
crystal bowl to give a blessing to the audience.
Then Dr. John, as he is known to his friends, talked about his book Spirit Lives! to a very enthusiastic group. He discussed several very interesting selections from his book. He talked “off the cuff” and had his listeners fascinated at what he had to say.
Although Spirit Lives! is not yet published, it has received media attention and is in the hands of a few international publishers being read at this moment.
